About Karen

I’ve been in private practice for nearly 20 years. My passion is to work with individuals, couples, and groups who are committed to growth and change. I want to empower people to be more connected and integrated with the core of who they are and the roles they are living. I work with a combination of somatic approaches that examine how the body holds our thoughts, beliefs, stressors, and anxieties and how to understand, relieve, and shift them.
