I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and couples, with a focus on emotional regulation, nervous system health, and trauma-informed care. My approach is both compassionate and highly practical. I want my clients to leave my office with tools, ideas, and a sense of empowerment. I like to take the guess work out of therapy and give clients practical feedback, insight, and guidance. I am passionate about utilizing Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) and attachment-based modalities to help build trust, safety, and healthier patterns.
