At 15, I faced the immense grief of losing my mother to terminal illness. A tumultuous period compounded by familial neglect. This adversity ignited a quest for understanding and peace—a journey spanning over six decades. Along the way, I've explored and trained in various modalities, from breathwork and Reiki to Qigong, becoming a practitioner by profession and necessity.
