About Whitley
Transpersonal means “trans” transcend beyond the person “personal”. This style of therapy uses different modalities to work beyond the ego-self. It consists of working with 3 layers; the mind, body, and soul. This might look like hanging out with the animals at the sanctuary, EMDR, hypnosis, yoga, meditation, dreamwork, astrology, CBT, and other techniques to explore all levels of our experience.
I am a trained doula offering integrative support for women during pregnancy, postpartum, and major life transitions. My sessions blend emotional processing, spiritual care, and somatic tools to honor each stage.
