About Wesley

Drawing from Existential Psychology, Humanistic, Jungian, and Psychoanalytic approaches I implement interventions such as traditional talk therapy, guided meditation, mindfulness,hypnotherapy, and shadow-work to help you break free from what binds you, feel grounded, and find your authentic self.As your therapist it is my goal to nourish space where you feel seen and safe to develop and empower your authentic self. My primary focus is on individuals dealing with Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, & existential/phase of life issues. That said, I am committed to coming alongside you in your journey to find healing, meaning, and a sense of who you are.
