My approach to treatment and healing integrates the mind, body, and spirit, while providing a safe, empathetic and nurturing environment. I specialize in treating emotional and behavioral disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, codependency and relationship issues. I assist clients in understanding/releasing self-defeating patterns and the self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep us from living our best lives.
