About Tracy

As you stare at yourself in the mirror getting ready for another day, you put on that brave face, the one everyone expects to see. Deep inside though, something doesn't feel quite right. Your heart feels heavy with worries you've never shared, moments of sadness you hide from others, relationships that feel increasingly distant, and the nagging feeling you might be on the wrong path.
