About Tracey

I love my work. I love to hear people’s stories about what makes them feel alive and what inspires them. I love helping people to feel more connected to their environment and trusting of themselves in the process. What fascinates me about the healing process in psychotherapy is reflecting upon the vulnerable, groundless mystery of the human journey and the endless revelations of the unguarded heart. The focus of my work is on the unique story and experience of each individual. My approach can differ in some ways from standard talk therapy.
