About Therapy

My clients are college age students. 40-50% of students report having some sort of anxiety that affects their studies in school. Our services are matched to student issues such as ADD related problems, roommate issues, friendship or dating issues, and a variety of other issues that come up during this particular time. Typically, it’s the first time students have lived on their own and made decision by themselves and it can be stressful! Sometimes, students find themselves thinking about families issues such as parental divorce or other trauma they haven’t processed before.
