I provide a Comprehensive Approach to treating the complexity of trauma, combining several different Body Centered Trauma Releasing Therapies with Emotional Regulation Skills, CBT,hypnotherapy, mindfulness, inner child work, group therapy, or natural supplement education.I’m Terri Kirwan, MA, LPC, CAC II, and for over 25 years I’ve helped clients heal from the lasting effects of trauma and reclaim their lives. My passion is working with complex PTSD and the challenges that often accompany it — anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship struggles, and more. My approach is both comprehensive and compassionate. Whether through individual sessions, my Emotional Regulation Skills groups, or immersive trauma healing weekends, my goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment and the practical tools to release the past, restore balance, and step into the fulfilling life you deserve.
