My ideal client needs support, insight, and encouragement. Together we will decide on the person's most pressing needs for treatment. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulties with life transitions, anxiety, depression, or trauma. They want a warm empathetic therapist who accepts them for who they are. I have worked with people with all kinds of problems including being disabled and needing resources, high school and college students who need career guidance, people coping with medical issues including chronic pain, and teens and pre-teens dealing with growing up.
