About Susan

My mission is to empower individuals to grow and reach their full potential by working through life's challenges in a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Sessions are client-focused, allowing room for the individual to create personal goals. The therapeutic relationship is a safe place to explore the self and process problematic or stressful issues. By sharing thoughts and feelings, core beliefs unfold, allowing for greater insight. In therapy, we can work to diminish turmoil, restore our connections to others and reduce feelings of anxiety, sadness and frustration.
