About Sue

Working as a leader in the IT Industry for 27 years, I witnessed the effects of stress on people. My goal was to find holistic ways my team members could effectively mitigate the effects of stress. I became a certified coach in 1998 and started coaching my team. I then became a meditation instructor, which led to Reiki and Hypnosis to round out my tool kit! As IT companies started moving their business off-shore, the stress increased dramatically. In 2012, I decided to formalize my hypnosis training by becoming a Certified Hypnotist through the NGH. Later that year, I accepted an early retirement offer and formally opened Trinity Hypnosis and Holistic Solutions, LLC.
