My approach is integrative as I draw from modalities that have supported my own healing, including Somatic, Depth and Transpersonal Psychology, DBT, CBT andHypnotherapy.Often times my clients have done a lot of "functioning" in life—often appearing capable and strong on the outside—but carry a deep inner sense of disconnection, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. They may be navigating the effects of trauma (past or ongoing), struggling with people-pleasing, anxiety, emotional suppression, or chronic self-abandonment.
They are sensitive, introspective, and driven by a desire for meaning and wholeness. Many are in a life transition or healing season, seeking to understand themselves more deeply and reclaim parts of themselves that were lost, hidden, or shamed.
