For 19 years, working in the mental health field has been my passion that I first began pursuing at age 10. Combining an authentic non-judgmental approach with my skills as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Qigong Instruction, Breath Work, & Food Healing, I have witnessed healing take place for many of my clients who were about to give up.
