I teach my clients how to meditate and I am certified in SMGI, which is a special kind of parts workhypnotherapyand inner journey work.Accepting NEW Clients! Anxiety and Depression can be caused by many things. I work best with people who are experiencing these unwanted emotions as the result of Childhood Trauma or the unwanted side-effects of a Substance Abuse issue. Most Trauma survivors begin to use substances as a way to numb out past painful memories. As a somatic guided imagery practitioner, and certified drug and alcohol counselor, I help clients discover their own innate inner wisdom through self-hypnosis. Together, through meditation, guided imagery and self-discovery we will quickly chart a course of healing and recovery.
