I’m a highly trained somatic therapist specializing in trauma and anxiety disorders. Many of the people who come to see me have always felt a little different, deeply thoughtful, sensitive, and aware, but also frustrated that traditional approaches to healing haven’t fully helped. You may understand your problems intellectually, yet still feel the stress, tension, or anxiety living in your body. Somatic therapy works differently. Instead of only talking about problems, we work directly with the nervous system and the body’s natural capacity to heal.
