About Sheila

I am a psychotherapist with over 25 years experience, clinically trained to provide therapy with adults, adolescents, and families at New York University. I have both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral training which allows for both a practical and creative approach to understanding people and the origins of their inner conflicts. I work well with individuals with creative affinities and have always been good at identifying those parts of my clients.
