(www.sflmhc.com) I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and NGH Certified Hypnotherapist (CH) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, and I offer telehealth treatment options for adults and adolescents. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including as a case worker, as an outpatient therapist, as a clinician at a crisis stabilization unit, and as an emergency services clinician and supervisor. In these different settings, I’ve helped to treat children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of differing mental health needs using individual and group therapy approaches.
