About Sasha

Hello there. I help my clients by offering them an accepting and empathic place to talk about their lives. Depending on the needs of the individual, I may simply listen and follow, or I may be more directive and action-oriented, offering concrete tools that bring about symptom relief. I focus on behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and we explore, together, what brings happiness.
