I recognize what a big step it is to start therapy. Patients arrive in my office not knowing what the new experience will bring. Some patients have previously had an unsuccessful therapy experience, for some it is their first therapy experience. I am open to a dialogue about what ever concerns a patient has about this new psychotherapy process and how I work.
