About Sara

Sara manages Yoga Home's Online Virtual Studio sees clients one on one via virtual sessions offering hypnosis along with Vedic counseling, Reiki, tapping and yoga therapy. Sara teaches live stream classes Monday through Friday that include self hypnosis segments along with meditation. her classes air at 9am ( CST). She has also taught therapeutic yoga classes at Yoga Home of Therapeutics yoga studio as she was the founder. However, because of pandemic she was forced to close the physical location and transform Yoga Home into a VIRTUAL YOGA THERAPY HEALING STUDIO PLUS! She is the first yoga teacher to bring yoga to the Oklahoma City VA Hospital and she has been serving American hero’s for over five years since 2013. She taught yoga at the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Hospital up until the pandemic. Sara also offered classes at the Oakwood Springs Hospital, a behavioral health hospital specializing in in-patient and out-patient programs for veterans and first responders, addictions clients, those who suffer from chemical dependencies and more. She sure enjoyed the service that she offered as she saw great response to the ancient healing that yoga brought to that population. She has currently stopped teaching there due to pandemic. My Story: I lost eye sight in my left eye due to extreme anxiety and stress. In 1996, I was diagnosed with heart disease and MS. It was then that my Yoga began. I became a certified yoga teacher in 2001. I have dedicated my life to Yoga since. I founded Yoga Home of Therapeutics in 2009 and had to close it down permanently. Now, I am more passionate than ever before about Yoga and Vedic counseling working online and seeing clients virtually as a full time work. I feel like my life has just begun!
