About Sabina

We all deserve to live a full and joyful life and to have nurturing and enriching relationships. Sometimes things happen in our lives that interfere with that, sometimes we feel stuck or we can't quite deal with a life transition. I like to support people to identify and overcome the obstacles to a more connected, free, and integrated life. I am a certified Hakomi practitioner (http://hakomiinstitute.com) and a trained family therapist. I use a number of modalities and tools to work collaboratively towards the goals we set.
