I offer high-quality professional counseling and consultation services to a variety of individuals seeking treatment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I hold Master's degrees in Counseling/School Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology and have been in practice since 1996. I employ a solution-focused approach to counseling that is customized to the individual. Typically, goals are formulated together in the first session and a plan for addressing the targeted issues is established. This model empowers clients to successfully reach their goals and develop effective problem-solving skills so that they not only feel better; they get better.
