Richard is a mental health and chemical dependency therapist who uses state of the art treatment modalities in a safe, non-judgmental, confidential environment. My highly effective treatment is designed for individuals with a variety of problems. I provide individual counseling and a variety of treatment groups. I use a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) designed to empower you. I help individuals and couples change patterns that have been repeating for much of their lives. Everyone can change. To do so effectively, you need the right motivation combined with the tools and skills learned in a positive, non-critical environment.
