About Paulina

I am an individual and couples therapist dedicated to helping clients gain new perspectives in order to improve communication and intimacy within their relationships. My ideal clients are ready to release themselves from patterns and habits that just don't work and they need a new game plan. Even if you have a hard time identifying what the problem is or where your happiness has gone, therapy can be a great way to untangle your thoughts and find some clarity. My hope is to help my clients work on goals that we set together and guide them along the process of achieving them.
