I am a client-centered, solution-focused, family systems therapist with extensive training and experience in CBT, trauma, grief and loss, mindfulness,hypnotherapy, and other forms of problem-solving and symptom reduction.I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2003. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in General Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 1997, then went on to complete my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 1999.
