I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their counseling goals. I will work alongside you to help you gain greater personal insight, cope with life's challenges, identify negative thinking patterns, and/or take steps to make positive behavioral changes. I will give you all the tools I have in my 'tool box' to help you make the personal changes you want to make. I believe that a well-lived life includes on-going personal self-reflection that leads to positive growth. My counseling is based on a foundation of Christian principles and precepts. I provide counseling for adults (18 yrs. and older), couples, and groups.
