About Pascal

A born Londoner, I was a professional dancer at the age of 17 and was awarded a scholarship to attend the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating in 1996. I made Toronto my home in 2011, arriving with credits in supporting roles across more than 100 TV and film productions. In Canada, these include Killjoys, Bitten, Suits, and Randal Okita's film "See for Me," as well as leading roles in video games such as the Far Cry and Watch Dogs and Star Wars franchises. This lifetime of professional performance deeply informs my hypnotherapy practice. Acting taught me how profoundly the mind and body are connected—how breath, voice, and physical state shape our thoughts and emotions. I've spent decades learning to shift my own internal state on command, and I bring this embodied understanding to helping clients overcome anxiety, procrastination, insomnia, and the mental blocks that hold them back. My voice – trained for stage, screen, and motion capture – creates the calm, focused environment essential for effective hypnosis. My experience performing under pressure gives me genuine insight into the challenges my clients face, whether they're preparing for a high-stakes presentation or simply trying to quiet their inner critic.
