Our LCSW, April Towell, provides:Hypnotherapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Psychotherapy.Through working with a wide variety of individuals, I've learned and continue to learn daily how our life story is powerful. Not only is our life story powerful but knowing what part of your story is getting the most power is vital to the next chapter of our lives. We all have a story. Here at Open Book Wellness Center, our goal is to reach those that have a strong desire to turn the page, entering into their next chosen chapter. We strive to empower our clients to take control of their narrative and write and live a story that brings hope and growth. April
