Do you keep doing the same things over, knowing they don't work, but don't know to stop? Do you rationally know your decisions are unhealthy or why certain things happen, but you can't emotionally "catch up?" I named my practice Eunioa because it means well-balanced mind. I believe that finding your balance is key, l I will meet you wherever you are in your journey and help you get where you want to be. In working with you, I bring an energetic, positive, warm, and honest approach.
