I offer trauma-informedhypnotherapyfor women seeking deeper emotional healing and nervous system support.I am deeply passionate about empowering and liberating the feminine spirit; helping women reconnect with their innate strength, wisdom, and intuition. As a devoted intersectional feminist, my work is rooted in women’s liberation and the reclamation of self. I support women in unlearning the conditioning of patriarchy—the quiet ways it teaches us to shrink, to doubt, to disconnect from our bodies and our truth. Together, we explore what it means to return to your power, your voice, and your joy.
My practice focuses on women, particularly those who are BIPOC, students/young people, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
