About Nicole

I am a psychodynamic therapist with fourteen years of experience specializing in attachment, trauma, and nervous system regulation. I work with career-driven women in their twenties through midlife, neurodiverse couples, and high-achieving professionals whose lives look full from the outside and feel complicated on the inside.
