About Nicole

EMDR,Hypnotherapyand pschodynamic are my preferred modalities however, this is not about me, it's about my client so I prefer to lean in on what they are asking for.As a clinical mental health counselor, my ideal client has seen, smelled, and experienced more in a day than most do in a lifetime. I specialize in working with first responders motivated to change but have had difficulty overcoming issues due to pain, stress, anxiety, reluctance, denial, trauma, and/or PTSD. I am here to work with you like a coach and an athlete to achieve your goals in a brief period of time.
