I have formal training in EMDR (EMDRIA-approved), Brainspotting (Phases 1-5), Parts Work, Somatic Work, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, ADOS-2 Autism Assessment, and I am Certified inHypnotherapy.I specialize in trauma, grief and loss (including abandonment and break-ups), anxiety, and depression, and utilize creative and expressive arts, as well as visualization and mindfulness to provide clarity and tools for regulation.
