I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy (Hypnotherapy), and Neurofeedback.I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of settings (private practice, community mental health, university counseling center, state hospital, and in-home services). My services include individual, family, and couples/marital therapy. I primarily work with adults and couples. I believe that disturbances of thought, feeling, and behavior are caused by ‘obstacles’ to healthy brain functioning.
