About Nancy

With adults I provide a supportive environment to work on practical strategies to improve your life. Our main focus is on your present and future, but if past feelings, behaviors and situations are still getting in your way we explore what happened and work on creating healthier patterns, using modalities including behavioral and psychodynamic therapies, and sometimes EMDR. With children and teens I teach skills and strategies, and periodically bring parents into sessions. I have expertise to share, but you are the expert on your child! We'll work together to build on your child's strengths to solve problems at home or school.
