About Nancy

My mission is to help people live a life of healthy congruity, to experience a sense of forward movement and clear direction-physically, financially, professionally, emotionally, relationally. I help my clients bring forth the energy and focus to dramatically change their lives so they enjoy greater health, happiness and wholeness. I've worked with many busy people who were exhausted, miserable, tapped out, feeling out of balance, stressed and worried. As a Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified LifeForce Yoga Practitioner and Holistic Coach I use an integrated holistic approach to personal growth and renewal.
