I am a psychotherapist/researcher/ neuroscientist who studies how emotions influence our physical and emotional wellbeing. My book" Why Good Sex Matters" (Houghton, Mifflin, Harcourt, 1/2020) explores how imbalances in the wiring of the core emotional systems can disrupt our capacity for pleasure and joy--(contributing to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and general stress)--and outlines tool to rebalance the body/mind. My clients are seeking insights, tools, and skills to empower their capacity to have deeply joyful and satisfying lives. I work with them to co-create a multifaceted approach to fit their unique needs.
