Do you need a new couples therapist? Are you sick of sitting all day long and then sitting more for therapy? Is focus an issue for you? Finding a new therapist can be puzzling. At Minnesota Mental Health Services we emphasize privacy by being tucked away on the second floor of the Hugo building: "Where the hell is that?" (We'll email you directions :-). You will communicate directly with your therapist, no admin staff. The therapy is focused on both body and mind: movement and meditation.
