About Mindy

I have been a therapist in the counseling field since 2015, working in diverse settings like: substance abuse treatment facility, accountability court, community behavioral health center, and with DFCS and DJJ youth in a community and group home setting. I started my telehealth private practice in 2022, and specialize in treating trauma. I have a heart for helping hurting people through evidence based empowerment modalities, and assisting people to tap into their inner resilience to overcome all types of life challenges. I work from an empathic, non-judgmental model to meet my clients where they and to get where they want to be.
