Adam uses a combination of talk therapy, psychological skills, andhypnotherapyto help his clients reach their potential, eliminating inside and outside interference.Adam Berry has been involved in sports for over 20 years and has a Masters in Sports Psychology as well as being a certified hypnotherapist. His wealth of knowledge includes a successful history as a soccer coach at the college and professional ranks, as well as being a player himself. Adam has worked extensively with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from youth sport through to the professional ranks. He also works with ASU Athletics. His experience as a player and coach gives him a valuable insight into the daily challenges athletes and sports professionals face.
