I have a certificate inhypnotherapy, and I am EMDR trained by EMDRIA approved program, EMDR Center of Southern California.Life is difficult to navigate alone. Together, we can explore and focus on how you would like to live your life, rather than focusing on how you lived your life so far. My expertise is in helping individuals and couples cope with life's various challenges. Throughout the years of my helping profession, I have worked with clients from 0 to 110 years old of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds! I have experiences providing intensive case management services to caregivers/families and elderly residents, particularly family members of dementia patients in convalescent facility settings.
