I am trained in EMDR, EFT-Tapping, Matrix-Reimprinting,hypnotherapy, ACT, DBT, spiritual psychology, and a variety of other therapeutic modalities.I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and I'm passionate about helping people overcome anxiety, build self-confidence, and navigate major life transitions, including moving beyond trauma. I also enjoy supporting leaders, business owners, and anyone feeling stuck or uncertain about the next step in life.
