Having provided client centered therapy for over 30 years, I have learned that no one is immune to life's difficulties, robbing some of peace and contentment in daily existence. These years have taught me the importance to work together while providing the tools needed to create a more healthy life...no matter what our environment or our pasts have dealt us. I believe that although depression and anxiety can sometimes color our lives, ,that ultimately, we have dominion over our existence. Reaching out for help is a road sometimes not taken by the faint of heart, but much less challenging with a seasoned and supportive therapist
