I believe that, beneath the thoughts, fears, habits, and patterns that may be holding you back, there is a deeper part of you that already holds many of the answers you’re looking for.

Through hypnotherapy, I offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, turn inward, and explore what may be keeping you from moving forward. Together, we can gently work with the subconscious patterns that may no longer be serving you and create space for greater clarity, confidence and inner freedom.

My approach is compassionate and centred around you. There is no need to force change or have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes, the first step is simply being willing to listen to yourself in a new way.

If something inside you is saying, “I want things to feel different,” hypnotherapy may be of help.

The answers may be closer than you think. They may already be within you.

Approach

My approach to hypnotherapy is gentle, compassionate, and centred around you as an individual. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. Rather than simply focusing on the symptoms or behaviours you would like to change, we can explore what may be underneath them — including emotions, beliefs, experiences, and subconscious patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. Hypnosis offers an opportunity to quiet the busy conscious mind and turn your attention inward, creating space to connect with your own thoughts, feelings, resources, and inner wisdom. I don't believe that you need to be “fixed.” You already have strengths and resources within you. My role is to guide and support you as you discover and reconnect with them. Every session is tailored to your needs, your goals, and your pace. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore yourself with curiosity and compassion. My intention is to help you feel more connected to yourself, gain a deeper understanding of your patterns, and discover new possibilities for moving forward. You don't have to have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes, the journey inward is where the answers begin to emerge.
