I am a licensed Psychologist with over 30 years of experience treating clients who span all age groups. I have advanced training beyond my Ph.D. that includes a certificate in Psychotherapy from Adelphi University. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative one in which the client and I work together to explore current concerns, past experiences as they may relate to patterns of behavior, roadblocks to achieving one's goals, leading to an enhanced awareness of one's personal control. Building resilience is the key to coping with the challenges and transitions that life brings.
