About Leading

In addition to talk therapy, I offer powerful, alternative therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, which is a form of energy psychology, andhypnotherapy.I work extensively with couples, teens and families and address anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management & behavioral addictions in individuals by integrating solution-focused modalities. I teach "Active Listening" communication skills and utilize hypnosis for behavioral change. I facilitate EFT ("tapping"), a form of energy psychology and EMDR for trauma.
