About Kristen

All too often, we feel like we have to figure it out on our own. We carry the weight of our burdens, the responsibility of caring for our kids, and end up putting our own needs as a last resort. Maybe we are walking through difficult situations where you have to deal with a loss, or you have been trying for that baby only to end in miscarriage; or that birth that you dreamed of didn't go as you planned, and now your left to "move on". Your healing does not have a timeline or a schedule for healing. We weren't created to do that. I'd love to be able to help you navigate the chaos and walk alongside you as you do so.
