I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals on their paths toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. My work is grounded in compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I offer a non-judgmental and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, gain insight, and create meaningful change at their own pace. In addition to traditional therapy, I am also a trained hypnotherapist, allowing me to integrate mind-body approaches that support deeper awareness and transformation when appropriate.
